Terms of Service

§1 Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the veblo.ai platform (hereinafter "Platform"), operated by the provider listed in the Legal Notice.

By registering an account, the user agrees to these terms. Conflicting or deviating terms of the user are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

§2 Description of Services

The Platform provides an AI-based video generation service. Users can create video clips by entering text prompts, uploading images, or uploading reference videos. The generation is performed by third-party AI models (currently Kling 3.0 PRO via fal.ai).

The provider does not guarantee specific results. The quality, content, and accuracy of generated videos depend on the user's input (prompt, reference material) and the underlying AI model.

§3 Registration & Account

To use the Platform, a registration with a valid email address and a password is required. The user must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. The provider is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligent handling of login data.

The user may delete their account at any time via the profile settings. Upon deletion, all personal data, videos, credits, and transaction history are permanently removed.

§4 Credit System & Pricing

The Platform uses a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased individually or received through subscription plans. Credit prices and packages are listed on the pricing page.

Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until used.

Subscription credits are granted weekly and expire 28 days after being granted.

Credit costs per video depend on the selected mode and duration (1–10 seconds). The exact cost is displayed before generation and must be confirmed by the user.

§5 Refund Policy

Failed generations: If a video generation fails due to a technical error, the credits used are automatically refunded in full.

Successful generations: Credits consumed for successfully generated videos are not refundable. The result depends on the user's input (prompt, reference material) and the AI model. The provider has no influence on the content or quality of the output.

Credit purchases: Due to the digital nature of the product, purchased credits are non-refundable once delivered (see §6 Withdrawal Policy).

Subscriptions: Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is provided for the remaining period after cancellation. Already granted subscription credits remain available until their expiration date.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception for digital content: In accordance with §356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, if the provider has begun with the execution of the contract after the consumer has (1) expressly consented that the provider begins with the execution before the withdrawal period has expired, and (2) acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the contract execution.

By purchasing credits, the user expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained during the checkout process.

For subscriptions: The right of withdrawal for subscription contracts is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion. However, once subscription credits have been used for video generation, the right of withdrawal is lost for the used portion.

§7 Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc. (510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). The provider does not store or process payment data (credit card numbers, bank details).

Subscription management (billing, cancellation, payment method changes) is handled entirely by Stripe. The contractual relationship for payment processing exists between the user and Stripe.

All prices are in US Dollar (USD) and include applicable taxes where required. The final price is displayed before purchase confirmation.

§8 User Obligations

The user agrees not to use the Platform to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, discriminatory, pornographic, or violence-glorifying content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights or personal rights of third parties
• Create deepfakes or misleading media designed to deceive or harm others
• Circumvent technical protective measures of the Platform
• Overload the Platform through automated mass requests (scraping, bots)

The provider reserves the right to block accounts that violate these terms without refund of remaining credits.

§9 Limitation of Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages and only in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.

The provider is not liable for:

• The content or quality of AI-generated videos — results depend on the user's prompt and reference material
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform or the third-party AI service (fal.ai)
• Loss of data beyond what is stored in the user's account
• Damages resulting from misuse of generated content by the user

The above limitations do not apply to liability for injury to life, body, or health, or to mandatory statutory liability.

§10 Copyright & Usage Rights

The user retains all rights to their own input (prompts, uploaded images, videos). Generated videos may be used freely, including commercially, by the user.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content (images, videos) does not infringe on third-party rights. The provider assumes no liability for copyright infringements resulting from user-provided content.

The Platform's design, code, and branding remain the intellectual property of the provider.

§11 Availability

The provider strives for maximum availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance windows and temporary outages do not constitute a defect.

The provider depends on third-party services (fal.ai for video generation, Stripe for payments) and is not liable for outages or changes on the part of these providers.

§12 Termination & Suspension

The user may terminate their account at any time by deleting it through the profile settings.

The provider may terminate or suspend accounts with immediate effect if the user violates these terms, in particular §8 (User Obligations). In cases of serious violations, remaining credits will not be refunded.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

§13 Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

§14 Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
